Who will we share your data with?
First, we will never share personal information with another organization for third-party marketing purposes.
Your data will be shared with colleagues in the Company when necessary for them to carry out their duties to fulfil your requests.
We may also share your data with third parties where they provide a legitimate service to us.
We may also share your data with third parties as part of a sale or restructuring of the Company or for other reasons to comply with a legal obligation.
We may share your data with organisations outside the European Economic Area, in countries where the Company operates. Processing may include, among other things, fulfilling your order, processing your payment details and providing support services. How do we use your data?

How does Delamode protect your data?
Delamod takes the security of your data very seriously. We have internal policies and controls to ensure that your data is not lost, accidentally destroyed, misused or disclosed, and that it is not accessed except by our employees in the course of their duties.
The data the Group collects from you may be transferred to, stored or processed at a location within or outside the European Economic Area („EEA“) by us or one of our suppliers in accordance with applicable data protection laws. As a business, we may need to make the transfer of data. The processing may include, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. Is automated decision-making applied to you? Is profiling carried out?
The Delamode Group does not carry out automated decision-making that has significant consequences for you or significantly affects you, but it may apply profiling (processing of data in a partially automated manner for the purpose of evaluating certain personal aspects). Profiling may be used, for example, in the application of sanctions and other restrictive measures, in financial risk management and in marketing profiling.
Data protection principles
In relation to your personal data, we will:
