What will be your field of operation?
- Organisation and coordination of international and domestic road transport
- Communication with carriers and clients regarding requests, conditions and execution of transports
- Negotiating prices and terms with carriers
- Real-time shipment tracking, incident response and swift decision-making
- Shipment tracking and keeping the client updated
- Processing of transport documents – CMR, waybills, invoices, etc.
- Maintaining correct documentation and data entry into the ERP system.
1500-2200 €/month
After withholding taxes. The specific salary depends on work experience and competences.

What is required to be successful in the role?
- Experience as a freight forwarder will be considered an advantage.;
- Good command of the English language – written and verbal;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Very good organisation, ability to prioritise duties and work under pressure.;
- Computer literacy – MS Office, ERP systems;
