What will be your field of operation?

  • Organisation and coordination of international and domestic road transport
  • Communication with carriers and clients regarding requests, conditions and execution of transports
  • Negotiating prices and terms with carriers
  • Real-time shipment tracking, incident response and swift decision-making
  • Shipment tracking and keeping the client updated
  • Processing of transport documents – CMR, waybills, invoices, etc.
  • Maintaining correct documentation and data entry into the ERP system.

1500-2200 €/month

After withholding taxes. The specific salary depends on work experience and competences.

What is required to be successful in the role?

  • Experience as a freight forwarder will be considered an advantage.;
  • Good command of the English language – written and verbal;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; 
  • Very good organisation, ability to prioritise duties and work under pressure.;
  • Computer literacy – MS Office, ERP systems;
